• This is offered as a credit note, redeemable on future purchases.

• You can use it to upgrade, reinvent, or redesign with us — anytime.

Buyback Assurance

• We do not offer direct cashback.

• Instead, we provide a generous credit note (minimum 30%, up to 40%) based on the condition and category of the jewellery.

• You’re always welcome to re-invest in a new piece you’ll love — with the trust that your earlier purchase still holds meaningful value.

Terms

• Jewellery must be returned with original invoice and certification.

• Valuation is based on condition, design complexity, and market factors.

• Custom orders may be evaluated separately.
